The information given in this application form is complete and accurate.

Tickets provided for entry to Merlin Group Attractions will be used in the manner for which they have been provided:

Tickets will be used by the children/families for whom the application has been made
Tickets must not be passed on to anyone else
Tickets must not be sold
Tickets must not be used as prizes for raffles, auctions or other fundraising activities

If entry tickets are not used then they MUST be returned to Merlin’s Magic Wand.

Financial grants made by Merlin’s Magic Wand will be used for the purposes described in the application. If a trip is not made this money will be returned to Merlin’s Magic Wand.

Merlin’s Magic Wand are not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of a trip being cancelled.

Ticket recipients are subject to the admissions policies, rules and regulations of the relevant attraction. Check the attraction website before you travel.

It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure the attraction is suitable for the child/children involved and to carry out risk assessments where appropriate.

I understand that if I am an individual family contact then your charity will confirm my child’s name with any organisations/group that my child is member of to check if any tickets have been requested previously on behalf of by that organisation/group

The criteria under which Merlin’s Magic Wand’s take decisions on providing support are subject to change at any time, and the charity’s decision on support is final.
